This division has six precision sheeters capable converting a wide range of Basis Weights from 50lb. text, cover, cosmetics, food, beverage grades to 40pt. board. With a broad range of sizes from Digital (12 x 18, 13 x 19, 20.8 x 29.5), Folio (28 x 40, 25 x 38) to Large Format (up to 82″ in length). In addition to sheeting capabilities of folio, digital, and large format sizes, this facility operates two rewinders handling rolls up to 136″ in width and converting to as narrow as 5″ rolls and covering basis weights from 24lb. to 36pt. board. This facility also has a custom skid shop and offers both folio and digital carton packing lines. Rail siding is available.
