Our state-of-the-art equipment allows us to handle rolls spanning from 12″ to 102″ in width, with sheet lengths ranging from 7″ to 150″ delivering small and large orders efficiently as needed by the market.
- Rewinding/Slitting: With seven high-capacity rewinders distributed across our locations, we are equipped to precisely slit paper according to specific requirements. Whether it’s reducing the outside diameter (OD) from 72″ to 10″, converting a 45″ roll into two 22″ rolls with an inch of trim, or handling anywhere from 1 out to 11 out rolls, our rewinders deliver unparalleled precision and versatility. We can even accommodate requests to change the OD of a roll or adjust the core size.
- Cartoning of Folio and Digital Sizes: We understand the importance of safe and secure packaging. Offering flexible packaging options, we provide cartons that contain individually wrapped stacks of paper (reams). These cartons, designed for folio and digital sizes, can be assembled on our boxing line, similar to the box of copy paper you’d receive from an office supply store.
- Wrapping Capabilities: Beyond just packaging, we also offer customized packing solutions such as ream wrapped, and bulk stacked in a carton. Our state-of-the-art equipment can provide a machine assembled clamshell option with a variety of ream wrapping options including registered wrap.
