The Paper Valley

Our Appleton and Little Chute, WI locations, The Paper Valley (which includes our Progressive Converting, Inc Corporate Headquarters), includes four buildings across two campuses, with 725,000 square-feet of converting, coating, and distribution space. It is ideally located in the Central Midwest only hours from Chicago, Milwaukee, and Minneapolis and next day delivery to other Midwest print markets of Iowa, Indiana, and Michigan.

This division has thirteen precision sheeters capable of converting 24lb. text to 36pt. board. In addition to sheeting capabilities of folio, digital, large and super large format sizes, this facility operates three rewinders handling rolls up to 104″ in width and converting to as narrow as 5″ rolls and covering basis weights from 24lb. to 36pt. board. This facility also has a custom skid shop and offers both folio and digital carton packing lines (including digital ream wrapping).
